Poem time! Oh no!
Taken from the streets A misfit, an unfortunate Saved by you When only a boy or so I thought and to your home I was brought A house so Grand I had never seen before and so you said this was now my place and when a smile lit my face You said a servant I would be It was then I knew I knew I was no longer free Over the years a servant I became I learned every rule perfectly and I was yours but you lied You dressed me as your doll and believe me I remember it all You said I was in your employ but instead you used me used me as your toy Master and slave You taught me how to behave But it will not last Sir I promise you that Do you hear the bell Marquess It chimes the nooning hour But surely it calls to Hell Whether it calls You or me by the end of this afternoon we shall see Sir please let me serve you The bell it calls... it's time, it's time it's time for tea.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
